No prior bookkeeping knowledge is assumed at this level.

On passing the above exams you will be able to attain AICB status. This will allow you to use the letters AICB after your name and use the prestigious ICB Crest on your headed paper and website. The exams for the ICB Level II Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting (Manual and Computerised) are sat at home or in your workplace.
The exams for the ICB Level III Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting are sat at home (or in your workplace) and externally. For the external exam, there are 5,200 examination Centres available around the world for candidates to choose from. Eligible candidates can book their own examination sitting for a date and time convenient to them and according to availability at their nominated centre.
Our AICB Career path Course package can be a fast track to your attainment of AICB status. You have one year in which to complete the Manual Career Path Courses and a further year in which to complete the Computerised Courses . In practice, it should take much less time as there are no set examination dates and all examinations are available on-demand throughout the year.
This means as soon as you have completed each Course you can then immediately sit the exam for that Course.
